Study and Application of Judging Eccentric Wear of Rod and Tube in Directional Wells by Indicator Diagram

With the development of cluster directional well group in Changqing oilfield, the wellbore trajectory is complex, the problem of eccentric wear is prominent, and the proportion of maintenance work caused by eccentric wear of pipe and Rod is up to 30%, which has become the key to affect the benefit development of cluster directional well group, how to judge whether the rod and tube is eccentric wear is one of the urgent problems to be solved at present, judging whether eccentric wear occurs and types of eccentric wear of rod and tube in downhole, designing righting and anti-wear device for eccentric wear wells caused by wellbore trajectory, redesigning rod and string structure for eccentric wear wells caused by instability, it is helpful to correct the design error of rod column. If it is unstable partial wear, the friction load of most rod and tube can be reduced by adjusting working parameters on the ground. There are 77 wells applied in the field, of which 13 wells have incorrect judgement parameters or load drift, and 52 wells are in accordance with the calculation, which basically meet the needs of the field application and is beneficial to improving the level of fine management of oil wells, avoid pump inspection because of eccentric wear of rod and tube, extend pump inspection cycle.
