Elicitation and Analysis of Stakeholders of an Information System Under Fuzzy Environment
摘要
The aim of an information system (IS) is to fulfill the needs of people who are working in an organization by applying technology and logic. A good IS design process includes the identification of stakeholders and their requirements, modeling, and analysis of requirements. Based on the critical analysis, we found that lack of stakeholder’s participation and their requirements are the main reasons for the failure of an IS. Thus, it is indispensable to elicit the stakeholders and their roles during the IS designing process. It is an important issue of how to elicit and analyze the stakeholders based on their roles and responsibilities so that the requirements of an IS can be identified before the beginning of an IS design process. To address this issue, a method has been developed for the elicitation and analysis of stakeholders of an IS design process in which the influence and interest values of each stakeholder is computed using \(L^{- 1} R^{- 1}\) graded mean integration representation using triangular fuzzy numbers. The usefulness of the proposed method is discussed by considering the stakeholders of the healthcare management system.
