The assessment of the computer tool for laboratory management at the Technical University of Cotopaxi reveals a high level of acceptance and satisfaction among users. The majority believes that the system enhances performance, task speed, work quality, productivity, and efficiency. Furthermore, the system is perceived as user-friendly, with minimal effort required for interaction and high flexibility. The management of laboratories has been optimized with functionalities such as real-time reservation and report generation. However, areas for improvement were identified in the ease of remembering how to use the system after a period of non-use, suggesting the need for ongoing support and training. In general, the results indicate that the system is highly valued and promotes increased efficiency in resource management in educational environments.
