The lack of synergy between environmental equipment in high-speed railway line node, which is the same as high-speed railway station, has led to a very large amount of energy waste. To solve this problem, this paper proposes an optimization model for building automation system (BAS) of high-speed railway line node based on cooperative game theory, with the minimization of the total energy consumption of the equipment system and the maximization of the total passenger comfort as the optimization objectives. For model solving, the core constraint guidance and the improvement of congestion calculation are introduced to enhance the convergence speed and global performance of NSGA-II algorithm. Finally, the simulation tests at a high-speed railway line node show that the proposed collaborative optimization model and the improved algorithm can significantly improve the energy saving and service level of the line node.
