Advancing Urban Net-Zero Carbon Building Design: Strategies for Sustainable Development
摘要
As the main area of urban carbon emissions, improving the carbon emission environment of buildings is of great significance for China to achieve the “3060” target. The goal of achieving net zero carbon emissions from buildings is the future development trend of the construction industry, and establishing net zero energy buildings can provide an important opportunity to reduce the impact of the construction industry on the environment. The article summarizes the current research status of Net-zero Carbon Buildings (NZCB) at home and abroad through literature analysis, case studies, and other methods, and proposes an integrated zero carbon building design strategy. The results indicate that clarifying the carbon emission boundary of buildings is crucial, and the design goal of zero carbon buildings has been clarified through the development of a roadmap. To achieve the goal of zero carbon design, it is necessary to consider the entire life cycle of buildings and integrate active and passive design strategies.
