The construction industry continues to play an important role in the continued growth of any country's economy, and its expansion is aligned with the advancement of construction technologies. Many construction technologies have been introduced as tools to improve the efficiency of project management; however, the adoption is still low. Therefore, this paper conducts a comprehensive review to identify the key success factors to adopt, challenges to adopt, and strategies to enhance construction players to implement construction technologies in construction projects. All findings presented in this paper were based on a comprehensive literature review, which was gathered from journal articles, conference papers, books, and materials available on the internet. Altogether, twelve (12) reviewed papers revealed six (6) key success factors for adopting construction technologies, fifteen (15) reviewed papers revealed ten (10) challenges for adopting construction technologies and twelve (12) reviewed papers revealed seven (7) strategies to enhance construction players to implement construction technologies successfully. In conclusion, the success of construction technologies adoption in the construction industry required cooperation and collaboration among the government, contractor organizations, and consultant organizations.
