In developing a sustainable housing area, drafting a strategy plan is vital in facility development in general. Much research has been done on housing area sustainability; however, from corner look professional or corner look, the user. Study This aims to determine the selection criteria for the facility joint in housing from the corner look of government, the private sector, and society. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used in the study with a matrix comparison pair. Although Lots was criticized for including subjective judgments, AHP can use subjective and objective data for appropriate decision-making in the decision-making process. Research results show that the five criteria with the highest ranking are social, 0.231; economic, 0.215; environmental, 0.199; suitability land, 0.181; and transportation, 0.174. Through the calculation obtained results, The Consistency Ratio (CR) is 0.0017, less than the maximum limit of 0.10. This matter shows that the study results can be acceptable and consistent. Thus, research gives a helpful guide in determining priority facilities in a way that generally develops housing area sustainability. By considering relevant criteria, developer housing areas can identify and prioritize facilities as typically the most important and achieve societal development.
