The property sector, especially in the housing sector in West Lombok Regency, is experiencing development due to an increase in population, causing an increase in the need for housing. During the housing development process, developers will be burdened by various uncertainties resulting from risk, so risk management is needed. This research aims to determine the variables that are sources of risk, risk assessment, and risk mitigation in housing projects. This research uses the risk breakdown structure method to identify sources of risk and uses the AS/NZS 4360:2004 measurement standard to determine the value and category of risk. Based on the results of risk collection using the risk breakdown structure method, this research obtained risk variables during the implementation of housing projects totaling 43 risks. Of the 43 risks, after assessing the risks and risk categories using AS/NZS 4360, the results of the risk assessment showed 8 high risks, 33 medium risks, and 2 low risks. With good monitoring and supervision and flexibility to deal with uncertain conditions, housing construction projects can be successful and reduce potential risks.

摘要
