In view of the demand for global internet seamless link in the development stage of satellite communication, low-orbit Internet satellite constellation has become a rapidly rising field in the world in recent years. In order to promote the construction of low-orbit satellite constellation of China, based on the analysis and study of satellite constellation at home and abroad, this paper combined with China's current application needs for Internet satellites, designed a high-volumetric ratio stacked satellite structure and layout scheme facing multi-satellite launching, batch production and rapid development. And completed the relevant mechanical experiments; The results show that the structural and layout design can well meet the demands of multiple launch vehicles mechanical conditions, and has excellent mechanical properties, which can provide a good mechanical environment for the equipments.
