In recent years, micro satellite engineering applications have become increasingly widespread. Through the study of micro satellites, this paper presents the design characteristics of micro satellites, which are strong inheritance, high degree of fine assembly integration and more new payload products. Using this method, several examples of micro-satellite design are provided. The other part of the thesis is to study the methods of accomplishing the mission efficiently in the parallel manufacture practice of multi-type micro satellites, specifically involving the analysis of task characteristics, the scientific preparation of manufacture technology process, project grouping, automated test systems, abnormal phenomenon handling process and quality data management.
