This paper presents the development of an innovative integrated solar tracker system with panel cleaning wipers designed to improve the day to day efficiency of the solar panel. The solar tracker constantly adjusts the orientation of solar panels from dawn till dusk to maximize the sunlight exposure on the panel. Meanwhile the cleaning system ensures that the panel remains clean from any dust or debris. Through the integration of sensors, actuators, and control algorithms, the system ensures maximum energy capture by maintaining the most optimized panel alignment with the sun throughout the day. Experimental validation demonstrates the efficacy of the integrated system in improving solar generation efficiency compared to conventional fixed-panel installations. This novel approach offers a practical solution for maximizing solar panel performance, contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy technologies and addressing the challenge of reduction in efficiency due to the dust depositions on the solar installations.
