Study on Preparation and Performance of Fully Printed White Light ACEL Devices
摘要
Alternating current electroluminescence (ACEL) is an effective field emission technology, and display devices based on ACEL have attracted attention due to their high luminous efficiency and simple device structure. Especially in the fields of display technology, wearable devices, and phototherapy applications, ACEL have broad application prospects. This study is based on inorganic alternating current bottom electroluminescent (BES-ACEL) devices. By mixing different colored electroluminescent powders, a luminescent layer ink formula was designed, and the Luminescent powder structure and device luminescence performance were systematically tested. A near-white light-emitting device with CIE coordinates of (0.31, 0.35) was obtained. This study has certain guiding significance for the expansion of the field of fully printed alternating current electroluminescence.
