The revolution of electrical vehicles is accelerating, occupying increasingly larger market. The government’s policy announcement to encourage the development of electric vehicles has also accelerated the development of electric vehicles. As a result, the demand for charging stations in cities with large populations is increasing. Studies have shown that customers worry that the lack of charging stations is the third biggest obstacle to buying electric vehicles. One solution is to use personal chargers. Although most private electric car chargers are used for slow charging of light vehicles, these chargers can still provide considerable charging speed (up to 44 mph), and most of them are idle. Existing traditional charging sharing transaction platforms have potential security and privacy issues. In order to solve these problems and integrate private charging stations, this work aims to design and build a trusted and transparent blockchain and smart contract based charging sharing transaction platform.
