The purpose of the present research work is to analyze the factors affecting acceptance of blockchain technology in education, logistics and financial services. The study considered published journal articles related to acceptance of blockchain technology. The review was deductive in nature, and it was carried out using the theory, context, characteristics and methodology (TCCM) framework. The acceptance theories are categorized as theories used in isolation and theories used in conjunction for understanding blockchain acceptance. The context of research articles summarizes the themes and sub-themes addressed in diverse research settings. The characteristics show constructs that were used as antecedents, mediating, moderating and dependent variables. The method section covers sampling approach and statistical tools adopted. Finally, the review ends with limitations and research gaps for future studies.
