The concept also includes the modernization of technology in financial sectors like investment banking, retail banking as well as deal with cryptocurrencies. The Report reveals the status of funds raised by the Fintech companies in India from 2017 to 2021. In 2017, the Indian Fintech companies had raised a total fund of US$ 2.5 billion which has been increased to US$ 7.8 billion in 2021, and the deal value of merger and acquisition in Fintech Industry has increased from US$ 44.6 billion, 2018 to US$ 74.8 billion in 2021. Furthermore, it also been observed that in 2022 the deal value of merger and acquisition in Fintech Industry has been reduced to US$ 16.6 billion because of Covid-19.
