The sugar-based agro-industry restructuring is part of a strategic move to drive improvements in the company. Restructuring's impact necessitates changes to the supply chains involved. This study aims to develop a framework for changes in the supply chain cycle within the scope of sugar-based agro-industry restructuring. We developed the framework by conducting descriptive analysis and directly monitoring the state of the sugar-based agro-industry after the implementation of restructuring policies. The framework's findings show that the flow of materials along the supply chain has changed. The development of the framework also explains other findings, such as changes in partnership patterns. We expect the framework's findings to aid in the development of new policies that align with current conditions.
