Sustainability, digitalization, and agility are become essential attributes for organization in order to survive in dynamic and competitive business environment. However, research on the relationship among digital transformation, organizational agility, and sustainability is still unexplored and limited. Therefore, this study attempted to conduct an exploratory conceptual research that aim to develop a conceptual model that provide the description towards the relationship between sustainability, agility, digital transformation, and dynamic capabilities. A critical review of the literature was performed to discover the existing knowledge related to the relationship between the variables considered in this study and will be used as the basis to develop the conceptual model. Through the literature review this study propose nine hypotheses and a conceptual model that provide the description of the relationship between digital transformation, organizational agility, and sustainability. This study found that digital dynamic capabilities through sensing, seizing, and reconfiguring capability are essential to the success of digital transformation. Moreover, this study highlights the critical role of digital transformation and organizational agility in improving sustainability.

摘要
