This tutorial activity uses the “crit-session” method from design disciplines where students present work-in-progress and receive feedback from student peers and the tutor. The activity supports students to progress their work and enhances a subject through students contributing case study content. We describe how this activity can be designed into a subject as a tutorial-based assessment. The task can also be adapted without assessment. This activity can create a deep peer learning culture that enriches the tutorial learning experience.

摘要

This tutorial activity uses the “crit-session” method from design disciplines where students present work-in-progress and receive feedback from student peers and the tutor. The activity supports students to progress their work and enhances a subject through students contributing case study content. We describe how this activity can be designed into a subject as a tutorial-based assessment. The task can also be adapted without assessment. This activity can create a deep peer learning culture that enriches the tutorial learning experience.
