The 1D linear polynomial is the modern coding techniques, with small deterministic part (2 coefficients only), and large probabilistic part, in this paper a quantization matrix base adopted to quantize the residual efficiently, with achieving better performances compared to traditional 1D polynomial of non-uniform residual quantizer, by saving about 1 k (1000 bytes) and enhancing image quality by 3 dB on average. Also test implies the comparison with the standard JPEG, in which the proposed system converge to the standard performances techniques.
