This chapter will shed light on the Conflict Resolution Mechanism (CRM) in the PKS. During the first decade of its presence, the PKS had been relatively successful in managing the CRM through the presence of its elements and the consistency in its implementation. It helped the party detect and locate any potential conflict at a very early stage. Despite the challenges faced, the PKS generally had been able to reduce factionalism, thereby creating an internal situation conducive to the preservation of solidity in the party.
