The Lack of Commitment to Shared Values: The Case of PKB
摘要
Chapters 11 and 12 discussed the relationship between commitments to shared values as one of the elements of institutionalization and the phenomenon of party fragmentation and solidity. Chapter 11 examines the limited role of shared values in the PKB and their difficulties in sustaining the party’s unity. On the other side, Chapter 12 will address the respect for common values in the PKS and its role in maintaining the party’s cohesion. Both chapters will explore the role of shared values in the party’s ideology in building the cadres’ identity, code of conduct, and uniformity of thought and actions.
