User-generated content (UGC) is a vital source of information for understanding consumer experiences and preferences in the hospitality industry. This study analyzes 13,935 Google Reviews of vegan-friendly restaurants to identify factors influencing vegan dining experiences in Vietnam. Using topic modeling and sentiment analysis, eight themes were identified as key to customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction. “Space” enhanced satisfaction, while “staff attitude” often led to dissatisfaction. These findings offer actionable insights for restaurant managers, demonstrating the effectiveness of advanced data analysis for understanding vegan dining experiences.
