Over the past decades, life skill education emerged as a tool to transform the education system. This chapter tries to bring out the impact of life skill education on educational community. It also discusses how it can help in the all-round development of the learner alongside cultivating life skills. The integration of life skills in the classroom practices makes classroom learning better and more effective for both students as well as teachers. The chapter discusses the strategies, methods and practical activities that are helpful in the inculcation of life skill education and explains how an educator can induce positivity, resilience, gratitude, self-esteem, decision making and interpersonal skills.
