Biotechnology has become an effective tool in plant protein production, offering innovative solutions to fulfill the increasing need for sustainable and healthy food sources. This book chapter delves into the cutting-edge advancements in this field, exploring biotechnology’s potential to revolutionize how we cultivate, process, and deliver plant-based proteins. This abstract provides critical aspects of biotechnology’s role in plant protein production, including bioreactor technology and case studies of successful applications.
