This paper proposes the potential for technological advancements in Alzheimer's post-diagnosis care, with wearable devices, remote monitoring, and multimodal interventions offering transformative possibilities, which also advocates for innovative solutions and increased awareness to enhance Alzheimer's care and elevate the living standards for patients and their guardians. A comprehensive approach, combining technology with emotional support, is vital in addressing this complex challenge.
