End control technology is an important section for urban runoff pollution elimina-tion, completing the pollution purification before the runoff bleeding into the re-ceiving water bodies, and is the final purification facility to purify the urban run-off and elimiante the input of runoff pullution. In this Chapter, the end control technology of urban runoff pollution elimination is difined and classified into physical and chemical techniques and biological and ecological technology. In this Chapter, the above two kinds technologies is included to show the concepts and application condition, and so on. When using the first one, the design concept is on-site processing at the storm-water outfall. When using the second technology, the design concept is the runoff or CSO wastewater is purified by near-natural and the combination of biological and ecological technology, using microorganism, plants, base material.
