The emergence of the Internet of Things (IoT) has initiated a novel phase of technological advancement, and its implementation across diverse industries has shown to be very revolutionary. This research study centers its attention on the incorporation of Internet of Things (IoT) technology within the healthcare sector, using insights from the achievements of IoT networks. The Low-Power IoT Network for Smart Healthcare is a novel solution that offers a pioneering approach to the monitoring and administration of healthcare. The conventional approach to healthcare monitoring frequently depends on gadgets that consume significant amounts of power, resulting in the need for frequent battery replacements, delayed transmission of data, and elevated operational expenses. In contrast, our framework advocates for the utilization of low-power Internet of Things (IoT) devices, thereby guaranteeing extended battery longevity and facilitating the acquisition and transmission of data in real time. This method not only decreases operational expenses but also improves the effectiveness and caliber of healthcare services. Furthermore, our framework promotes the seamless integration of various healthcare monitoring applications, creating a comprehensive and real-time view of patient health. Data security and privacy are paramount, and our solution adheres to rigorous standards to safeguard sensitive patient information. In this paper, we conduct a comparative analysis between the existing healthcare monitoring paradigm and our proposed approach. The results reveal clear advantages in terms of reduced power consumption, minimized data transmission latency, and cost-effectiveness in our framework.

摘要
