Posture Monitoring System Using IOT

Wrong posture, particularly during prolonged sitting or standing, can lead to various musculoskeletal disorders and health issues to address this issue, several posture tracking systems have been developed. The state-of-the-art improper posture monitoring systems available today are thoroughly examined in this investigation, with an emphasis on their methodologies, technologies used, and effectiveness in rectifying erroneous posture. The review encompasses wearable sensors, computer vision based methods, and hybrid systems combining multiple sensing modalities. Additionally, the paper discusses challenges and future directions in the field, including accuracy enhancement, real-time feedback mechanisms, and user-friendly designs. By synthesizing the findings of recent research, this review provides insights for practitioners and researchers working in the domain of posture monitoring and correction systems.
