This research paper introduces a cutting-edge billing system that employs machine learning for product recommendations and sales forecasting, enhancing small-scale business operations. It utilizes Angular, Python, Google API, and PostgreSQL for secure authentication, efficient inventory management, precise invoicing, detailed sales reports, and predictive analytics. This system streamlines processes, reduces costs, and offers valuable insights by automating invoicing, minimizing errors, and providing accurate sales predictions. Compared to previous researches, it introduces novel elements, such as a machine learning-based recommendation system and sales predictions. The accuracy of the proposed prediction model came out to be approximately 91.08% and it has an error of 8.92%. This shows that this system is performing reasonably well in terms of predicting the future sales of grocery products.

摘要
