Optimizing Remote Work Efficiency: Implementing 3R Hybrid Work Model Approach to Enhance Employee Productivity and Well-Being
摘要
The topic at hand offers a 3 R hybrid work paradigm that boosts worker productivity while they operate remotely. Like any change in organizational structure, challenges may arise that lower overall productivity. Additionally, if the work model is implemented inefficiently, some undesirable aspects of hybrid work will undoubtedly occur. A disadvantage of the hybrid work style is that certain employees find that they can communicate with their coworkers more quickly and effectively in a shared workspace. Employees may require assistance with communication when working remotely, mainly when presented with the concept of collaborative work. If new employees don’t know how to respond to queries about their jobs, they could feel left behind. When workers perform hybrid work, ineffective or unclear management guidance can negatively impact a workplace’s productivity. However, these problems may be resolved by carrying out hybrid work with the appropriate equipment and technology.
