Access to new technologies and globalization means that the world is currently developing much faster than ever before. The pace of change is enormous, which consequently forces the legislator to adopt new legal solutions. Many of them directly affect entrepreneurs. The main intention of the text was to discuss the issues of economic activity, taking into account changes related to artificial intelligence and the development of new technologies. The art presents new obligations of entrepreneurs, costs, opportunities and threats related to the implementation of new technologies in economic activity and their impact on the competitiveness of entrepreneurs. The author considered the impact of artificial intelligence from the perspective of the market and the functioning of entrepreneurs, as well as ways to prepare for such changes. The work primarily uses the dogmatic-legal method.
