This paper analyzes and studies the power outage events of the British power grid in recent years. It is proposed that the factors endangering the frequency safety of the new power system include misoperation of grid-related protection, poor frequency regulation and peak shaving performance of new energy and energy storage, and high-voltage direct current transmission faults. Some solutions are proposed for these influencing factors.

摘要
