Exploring Sleep Quality: Influential Factors and Implications

This study explores a diverse array of variables influencing sleep patterns as it thoroughly examines the essential role that sleep quality plays in maintaining human health. Getting enough sleep is essential to maintain optimal health, as it has a significant impact on mental clarity, emotional stability, and physical well-being. Upholding good health and averting any illnesses requires recognizing the principle of obtaining good sleep and prioritizing it accordingly. The factors that were looked at included BMI, blood pressure, daily steps, gender, age, sleep duration, sleep quality, stress level, occupation, and physical activity level. In our study, ensembling multiple feature selection techniques helped us reveal key attributes affecting sleep quality, including occupation, sleep duration, heart rate, and age. The findings show significant associations between lifestyle choices and health indicators, namely the correlation between blood pressure and particular occupations and the effect of BMI and sleep duration on sleep disorders. In brief, the research highlights the effectiveness of data mining techniques to analyze the intricate datasets concerning sleep quality and problems. It further offers insightful information about the primary features influencing sleep disorders and quality, which can guide future studies and interventions targeted at enhancing sleep health.
