Metrological quality assurance techniques are essential in modern society. At present, the accuracy of some measuring equipment is limited, and it is difficult to meet the demand of high precision. The data processing technology is uneven, which affects the accuracy of the results. Industry standards are not unified, resulting in difficulties in cross-regional cooperation. This paper elaborates on the achievements achieved at the present stage, including the continuous introduction of high-precision measuring instruments, the strengthening of international cooperation, and the progress of data processing and analysis technology, which have improved the quality assurance capabilities. At the same time, the paper plans the later development of measurement quality assurance technology, mainly including the research and development of more intelligent measurement equipment and automatic testing system. Using big data and artificial intelligence to optimize metrological data analysis and quality prediction; Promote the unification of international standards, strengthen global cooperation, and realize the sustainable development of measurement quality assurance technology.
