Safety resilience is critical to preventing aviation accidents and managing unknown risks. In recent years, a series of studies on safety resilience have been conducted in the international civil aviation industry, however, most of the studies have not quantified the safety resilience of flight crews with a flight data-driven approach. The objective of this paper is to construct a safety resilience evaluation methodology based on real flight data in all operation, and to develop a case study of Airline A. The results show that the evaluation method proposed in this study realizes the fine delineation of flight performance modes as well as the quantification of safety resilience by constructing resilience representative variables and quantifying their trend characteristics and deviation characteristics. Through the safety resilience evaluation method, the resilience gap between different fleets and crews can be identified, which helps airlines to effectively manage and improve safety resilience.

摘要
