The number of vehicle insurance customers and claims has directly increased with the number of drivers. When it comes to claiming insurance, the process may be fairly complicated due to the involvement of various intermediaries, which results in a protracted process. On the other hand, the process of enrolling for insurance is pretty straightforward. It is possible to detect the damaged portions of the user’s vehicle by utilizing the instance segmentation machine learning model. This, in turn, causes smart contracts to be activated, which facilitate the transfer of cryptocurrency to the user’s wallet. The steps for signing up as a user, accepting and checking premium payments, and making a claim are all part of the end-to-end insurance automation system that is suggested in this paper. The claims process is also included in the system. Blockchain technology is being used for both receiving and transferring payments. This technology not only makes payments more secure and tamper-proof, but it also accommodates cryptocurrencies, making it fit for the future.
