Among the crucial elements that every firm needs to understand is ergonomics and how it affects employees. Sadly, the majority of businesses simply pays attention to their manufacturing capacity and pays little attention to the health and security of their workers. This typically occurs in tier 2 and tier 3 industries, which are small to medium sized businesses. It results from a lack of knowledge about occupational illnesses and injuries. Ignoring ergonomic concerns could also stem from trying to solve an issue without understanding the proper method or the underlying cause. Chronic health conditions like Raynaud’s syndrome, Thoracic outlet syndrome, tendinitis syndrome, and tendosynovitis syndrome can be brought on by an occupational sickness, which progresses slowly. These days, ergonomics knowledge is regularly spread, and the significance of addressing an ergonomic condition is also raised. This study provides an understanding of ergonomics, illnesses and injuries caused by inadequate ergonomics, hazards evaluation tools and procedures, and management measures to reduce ergonomic issues in the workplace.
