When a financial crisis or recession hits, layoffs may occur, or staff may not have the necessary abilities. A key issue that many firms deal with is employee churn, as valued and seasoned workers leave the company on a regular basis. Popular Machine Learning (ML) models have also been analyzed at the different number of components after performing the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) on the training data. Random Forest achieved the highest accuracy of 81.97% as compared to other machine learning models.
