In Parts II and III of this book, we have analyzed the technical terms of SAFE contracts with respect to some specific scenarios, with the aim of developing an understanding of how well these technical terms address a number of requirements one might expect such a contract to have, and how use of these contracts might affect the decision-making and exercise of rights by the participants. In this chapter we summarize these findings.
