This chapter presents a five-phase model for entrepreneurial education aimed at cultivating future innovators and leaders in Asia. Developed through a conceptual synthesis of empirical studies, policy analyses, and cross-national educational practices, the model reflects insights from countries such as China, India, and those in Southeast Asia. It addresses both structural and cultural factors that influence the design and delivery of entrepreneurship education. The five interconnected phases include the following: (1) entrepreneurial pedagogy, (2) reflective and systems-oriented problem-solving, (3) systems thinking, (4) innovation practices, and (5) industry collaboration. To contextualize the model and enhance its relevance, the chapter incorporates insights from international benchmarks such as the Global Entrepreneurship Index (GEI) and the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM). These tools offer valuable data on startup skills, risk capital, networking, and other key indicators of ecosystem readiness, helping to identify competencies that should be prioritized within educational frameworks. By aligning entrepreneurship education with national innovation systems, labor market demands, and lifelong learning goals, this chapter offers a context-sensitive and practically grounded framework. It aims to inform curriculum design and policy direction across Asia, fostering entrepreneurial mindsets that are adaptable, resilient, and innovation driven.
