Nowadays the environmental challenges are increasing day by day such as climate change, air and water pollution, and the depletion of natural resources for the sake of human benefits. These environmental challenges lead to the need for a successful and ongoing environmental condition monitoring system to gather and analyze environmental data. To overcome these challenges, this research focuses on the combination of multilevel UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver-Transmitter) Communication and Field-Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs). FPGAs is high useful opportunity to create adaptable and high-performance environmental monitoring systems due to their reprogrammable and parallel processing capabilities. By utilizing FPGA technology is now possible to interface a wide range of environmental sensors, process data quickly, and analyzing the environmental conditions. Additionally, the integration of multilevel UART communications system enriches the system’s capability to send the data proficiently to the external devices.
