This paper presents an advanced Grounded and Floating (G/F) mode Fractional Order Inductor (FOI) design which employs Voltage Differencing Current Conveyor (VDCC) active block. The introduced FOI is developed by employing two VDCCs and one grounded Fractional Order Capacitor (FOC). The suggested FOI’s functionality is confirmed using 0.18 µm TSMC CMOS technology parameter. In addition, the proposed design is suitable for the following applications like: Second order Current Mode Fractional Order Multifunction Filter (CM-FOMF) and Voltage Mode Fractional Order Band Pass Filter (VM-FOBPF). The simulated results of proposed FOIs and their applications are well verified through PSPICE simulation.

摘要
