The Enigmatic Neutrino
摘要
Ever since its conception and subsequent discovery, the neutrino has remained a standalone particle with features peculiar to itself, such as handedness. Apart from playing a role in the weak interactions, neutrinos have been considered in astrophysical applications. We consider in this chapter, firstly, the possibility of explaining dark energy (or the cosmological constant) in terms of the neutrino background and then go on to recent intriguing studies.
