The digital transformation of education has driven the exploration of innovative assessment models for Blended Learning. This study aims to develop a comprehensive Blended Learning evaluation model based on Blockchain Technology to enhance student learning assessment and secure data management. Using the University Computer Fundamentals course at Yunnan Normal University as a case study, this model evaluates Blended Learning across three stages: pre-class, in-class, and post-class. It integrates multiple dimensions, including teaching effectiveness, satisfaction, and learning outcomes, providing a transparent and multidimensional assessment framework. Key findings indicate that the proposed model improves the efficiency, accuracy, and security of learning assessments in Blended Learning. This study contributes to the digital transformation of educational assessments, suggesting future research directions to further refine Blended Learning evaluation methods.
