Enhancing Smart Village Security with Blockchain and AI-Driven Intrusion Detection
摘要
In smart villages, digital technologies are increasingly being adopted, resulting in enhanced agricultural production, health care, and governance. Despite the benefits of this integration, it also poses some security challenges, such as data breaches, unauthorized access, and tampering with systems. As part of this paper, three layers of security framework are proposed: an IoT-based perception layer with AES encryption for data collection, a network layer with a private blockchain for data transmission, and an application layer with an intrusion detection system (IDS) based on machine learning to detect anomalies in real time. A tamper-proof blockchain architecture is combined with encryption to provide end-to-end security. Blockchain data integrity has been demonstrated to be 99.9%, and intrusion detection has been demonstrated to be 98.5% accurate, according to the results of experiments. As a result of this layered approach, diverse applications in smart villages can be implemented with scalable, reliable, and effective security.
