Innovative Medical Image Exchange: Elevating Security and Efficiency Through Compressive Sensing and LSB Audio Steganography
摘要
This research presents an innovative approach to secure and straightforward medical image transmission by integrating compressive sensing with LSB audio steganography. This method ensures the confidentiality of medical images during transmission while addressing the challenges of limited bandwidth and storage. By utilizing compressive sensing, images are efficiently compressed through random projections, significantly reducing data size. These compressed medical images are then concealed within audio data using LSB steganography, offering a discreet and secure means of hiding information. Experimental results confirm that this method effectively achieves both image compression and audio embedding without compromising data integrity. The study explores the potential for exchanging medical images in resource-constrained environments, demonstrating the viability and security of the approach. The findings underscore the advantages of combining compressive sensing with LSB audio steganography for secure and efficient medical image transmission, particularly in telemedicine and healthcare systems.
