摘要

In this research, a patient who has both hearing and speech impairments wearing a smart glove is described. On this planet, there are around nine billion people who are either deaf or mute. The speech used by those who lack the ability to hear as well as the sense of hearing. Because communication is so vital to the existence of humans, this leaves very little wiggle room for them to maneuver. Those who are deaf or hard of hearing are forced to rely on a manual-visual communication known assign language in order to communicate effectively, but those who are visually impaired are able to use ordinary English with relative ease. People who are unable to talk due to physical limitations can nevertheless communicate with individuals around them through the use of flex sensors that are built in smart hand gloves. The motions made by the user are interpreted by the Arduino microcontroller, and the results are played back over a speaker in the user’s preferred language. In the instance of a critical situation, a message will be sent to the caretaker via GSM and the location of the user will be tracked using GPS. For establishing a communication between local entity like the respective user who uses the module to the remote caretaker end by means of powerful communication technology called Internet of Things (IoT). These high-tech gloves are designed to transform a Dumb person’s gestures with their hands into spoken phrases or a prerecorded voice. This is necessary because a Dumb individual is unable to communicate.
