A 48-year-old female presented with a history of intermittent headaches for over 3 weeks. The headaches were not accompanied by other neurological symptoms such as dizziness, limb convulsions, nausea, or vomiting. Initial head CT and MRI examinations at a local hospital revealed a low-density mass of approximately 4 cm in the left lateral ventricle. The patient was referred to our hospital with a provisional diagnosis of “A malignant tumor in the left lateral ventricle.” The patient had no headaches before and had no significant discomfort symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or limb weakness recently.
