This paper focuses on the innovative product in the development of unmanned ships—the intelligent information system. In light of its status as a novel system with numerous interactive components and a variety of data types, coupled with the absence of established reference cases, a novel method and concept based on RFACV-MBSE is presented. This method aims to construct the SysML model of the intelligent information system. Furthermore, the MBSE approach is extended on an integrated framework to integrate the performance models of other shipboard systems, thereby guiding the optimization of system design and enhancing specifications and design quality. By utilizing the RFACV-MBSE approach, the paper aims to streamline the design process, improve system performance, and facilitate the intelligent development of unmanned ships.
