The robust \(H_2\) performance of discrete-time control systems (DTCS) is investigated in this paper. By applying the transformation of matrix non-singularity, stability conditions for the system with hybrid uncertainties are derived. Meanwhile, combined with the skewed structured singular value and the matrix equivalent expression, the bounds of \(H_2\) performance of discrete-time systems is further solved here. Finally, some examples are provided to demonstrate the validity of derived results.
